		<description>Tried the bottled version of this at the weekend and it seems to retain the characteristics of the cask one. The honey is still very subtle, the sweetness not all cloying. I picked up a hint of spiciness in the background, with a touch of lemon citrus in there too. All that and the lengthy light bitter aftertaste makes for a very enjoyable drop indeed.</description>
