It smells like rum, and the rum has certainly made its mark in the flavour, without being overpowering. It's sweeter than the rest of the I&G range, but not too much so, nicely balanced (but perhaps quite precariously so, it treads a fine line). I quite liked it, and preferred it to the canadian cask. As far as I know it's currently made by Belhaven in East Lothian. In most cases the location of the brewery and the company are the same, but for the likes of Innis & Gunn, Mikkeller and others who contract out the actual brewing, we go with the location of the company.
