The Beer Tap Art of Bill Reeves

A fella called Bill Reeves from Denver, Colorado dropped me a line to say: “I just wanted to share with you some of my work that is beer folk art! I find old antique and vintage items and repupose them into beer tap handles…” which he then sells via his Etsy account. He uses everything from old beer barrel spigots to antique telephones and even a tennis racquet (head and handle available separately).

A couple of examples here, more on his storefront:

I reckon some of those wouldn’t look at all out of place on the fonts at the Port Street Beer House or the Euston Tap‘s back wall… okay, maybe the tennis racquet might be a bit of a logistical challenge, but the spigots really look the part.
